4-H Clubs
Youth select from a broad menu of local 4‑H programs based on their interests and with the guidance of adults. There are hands-on, learn-by-doing, opportunities for everyone.
Around the World Adventures
Join the Fun Center Camp staff for a special 4-day event. Games and projects will be geared towards things seen and done around the world. The adventures are plentiful as kids will be able to engage in many different outdoor games, crafts, and learning activities from a variety of cultures around the world.
Big Brothers Big Sisters
This program is designed to match kids (Littles) up with an additional positive role model and friend (Bigs).
Books & Brownies Book Club
The goal of these programs is social connections and increased literacy.
Chamber Orchestra
For musicians who play a band or orchestral instrument. Vocalists are also welcome. We will rehearse small chamber music ensembles with the goal of sharing more music with the Faribault Community.
Children’s Theatre Series
Annually, the PCA provides several opportunities for youth to explore the world of theatre arts. Experiences range from pretend play for pre-schooler to full productions for school-aged children. Check out our website for upcoming events!
Dungeons and Dragons
Dungeons and Dragons is a role-playing game focused on making choices in a fictional world where anything can happen. Players can use magic and weapons while defeating monsters and traversing dungeons, castles, and other amazing landscapes. Their choices in this world truly make a difference as they go on adventures and interact with fictional characters.
Falcon Project
Falcon Project creates a community around learning more about fashion and design. Project Design Club is in charge of decorating a visual display at the high school and will do things to decorate the hallways. They also do service projects such as donating the things they sew to help others. Additionally, they work on organization and goal setting tasks such as bullet journaling.
Faribault Community School Afterschool Clubs
Afterschool Clubs are designed based upon what students say they want to do after school. Participants practice skills like reading, math and science through fun, hands-on activities in a club setting. Enrichment activities and field trips are some of the highlights. Daily homework help and a community school dinner are provided.
Faribault Community School: Faribault Middle School
The Faribault Community School at the Middle School includes classes and activities for youth, adults and families. Monday - Thursday, after school clubs are offered to middle school students from 2:45-4:30pm. Clubs include sports, art, digital art, cooking, NASA space challenge, science experiments, River Bend outdoor explorers.
