4-H Clubs
Youth select from a broad menu of local 4‑H programs based on their interests and with the guidance of adults. There are hands-on, learn-by-doing, opportunities for everyone.
Adult Basic Education
This program helps adults improve basic academic skills to learn English, earn a GED, prepare for college, support their children financially and educationally, and gain skills to find employment in today's job market.
Antlers
This program is a chance for young people to get involved in the community through the various community service projects that the lodge sponsors.
AVID
AVID’s mission is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society.
Babysitter Training
This is a class designed to teach students the skills and confidence needed for looking after infants and young children.
Big Brothers Big Sisters
This program is designed to match kids (Littles) up with an additional positive role model and friend (Bigs).
Bluebird Cakery’s Study Hours
Caring adults offer FREE homework help at Bluebird Cakery two times per week. Erin and Gordon are available for in-person homework help on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Bluebird Cakery’s study hours (from 5pm to 8pm).
Boy Scouts of America
Faribault's chapters of the Boy Scouts which promote activities and skills in young boys: Troops 304, 306, 309, and 310.
Check and Connect
Check and Connect is a program designed for eligible students in 6th - 9th grade to help promote academic achievement, increase positive connections to school and support students during years of difficult transition.
College Ambitions Start Today (CAST)
CAST is a high school leadership and college-access program aimed at supporting students in their post-high school goals. Students who participate in CAST will have access to academic support, test preparation assistance, volunteer opportunities, and college exploration activities.
