Summer Camps: Water Tigers (Youth entering grades 2-3)

Youth entering grades 2-3 can study the history of our world through studying geology or exploring plant, animal and human artifacts.

Session 1: What Shale We Do?
Feel like a true geologist as you learn all about rocks, minerals, gems, and fossils in this jewel of a camp. Study the layers of the earth, search for natural artifacts, and explore the area for different types of stone. Snack is provided.

Session 2: Time Rovers
What did Minnesota look like a hundred years ago? How about a thousand or a million years ago? Join us on a journey through time as we explore how not only plants and animals have changed over time, but people too! All time traveling equipment and snack is provided.
